In this workshop we will explore the differences of flexibility vs. mobility with isolated drills done in a full body sequence of the major joints in the body. Mobility is the movement within the joint, without calling in other areas of the body to help out meaning the range is typically smaller & requires slower movement to fire up the brain.You can expect a 30 minute vinyasa flow to start, full body mobility isolated joint CARs (controlled articulated rotations) & the same flow to end. Every student will be provided a hand out & will be taking notes after each flow so that you have a visual comparison of any new space you find.
This is not heated & beginner friendly!
