Functional Fitness Fusion combines the principles of functional strength, mobility training, and yoga to create a well-rounded and effective workout experience. Each session is carefully crafted to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while promoting mindfulness and stress relief. With a variety of exercises and techniques, you'll develop functional movement patterns that translate to real-life activities, allowing you to move with ease and confidence in your daily life. In addition to our weekly in person class, you will receive at home workouts to help you progress throughout the course. This course is designed to accommodate every fitness level, with an emphasis on those looking to get into a fitness routine, improve their fitness level, and especially those looking to move more efficiently with less aches and pains.
Equipment: Dumbbells (5 and 10 lbs minimum), yoga mat, yoga strap (or belt/towel).
