Have you ever wondered about what's actually happening in your body during a yoga posture? Would you like to learn a little more about anatomy through the lens of yoga? Join us for Functional Anatomy For Yoga Asana and dive into some details we don't usually get to discuss during a typical yoga class.We will incorporate lecture and movement to help apply some of the anatomical terms and provide understanding into how the body works in general and also in our asana practice. This workshop is open to both practitioners of yoga and teachers alike and counts toward hours of continuing education for Yoga Alliance.
