Get ready to race smarter, faster, and stronger.
Across two interactive sessions, you’ll combine hands-on coaching with practical race strategies and workouts designed to build efficiency, confidence, and composure under fatigue.
Each session includes:
• Technique coaching for HYROX stations and transitions
• Strategy tips for pacing, doubles coordination, and consistency under pressure
• A review of updated movement standards and race rules
• Nutrition guidance for fuelling, hydration, and recovery
• A practical HYROX-style workout to apply what you’ve learned
Session Focus:
• Week 1 - Nov 23: Stations 1- 4 + Running Technique
• Week 2 - Nov 30: Stations 5-8 + Race-Day Nutrition & Strategy
Each session will be ~45mins workshop and ~45 mins workout
