Learn how to paint an old piece of furniture to make it look new! This class will teach you how to prep, paint and bedazzle a piece of furniture that you thought was at the end of its useful life. You will study about prepping, (priming if required), painting and bedazzling an old piece of furniture. Not only will you leave with the piece of furniture painted and sealed, if necessary, but you will leave with a vast amount of knowledge about types of paint (all in one, chalk paint (including how to make your own), furniture paint, types of paint brushes best for furniture painting, primers, waxes and sealers.
You must bring your own small piece to work on during the class. Please send an image to the instrctor ahead of class to make sure that the piece is ok for the class.

Supplies provided for $30 include primer, many paint colors to choose from, paint brushes, painters’ tape, stencils, acrylic paints, drop cloths, sand paper and sealer.
