In these lessons we’ll explore being in flow. There will be an emphasis on verbal and non-verbal communication with your partner(s), allowing us to dive into what it is, that makes our practice look and feel effortless. The exercises will start out easy and gradually get more challenging as we go. Join us in a playful laboratory!
The classes will be taught by Birgitta and Tom.
TIME:
The time is from 18.30 - 20.00. Afterwards, there is time to jam until 21.30!
LOCATION:
The classes take place at Teknisk afdeling - Tage-Hansens Gade 6C, 8000 Aarhus C.
REQUIREMENTS:
You need to be a member of AYA (you can come three times for free to try).

Beginners and drop-ins are welcome. If the material is too challenging for you, there will be offered a guided introduction with our Jambassador.
