We’re delighted to welcome Fun Lovin' Criminals (with special guests Black Cat Bone) back to Glasgow for a date at St Luke’s, on 30.11.25!
Fun Lovin’ Criminals are the acclaimed band formed in New York City in 1993.
One of the most enduring acts to emerge from a melting pot of pop culture and music in the nineties with a singular style that continues to mesmerize fans around the world. The band has a reputation for being a must-see live act and have committed to performing electrifying shows featuring new songs, deep cuts and their classic hits, including 'Scooby Snacks', the smash hit song featuring dialogue from Quentin Tarantino's films and 'Love Unlimited', a tribute to - and loved by - soul superstar Barry White.
For more than 30 years, six albums and two EP’s of beloved songs masterfully created by fusing genres from rock to hip-hop, funk, blues and jazz to disco, the band have drawn adoration and respect from devoted fans and fascinated critics drawn to FLC's magnetic and charming world.
Founding member, multi-instrumentalist and producer Brian 'Fast' Leiser, drummer and producer Frank Benbini and guitarist Naim Cortazzi are currently finishing the band's seventh album ‘A Matter of Time’ with multiple Grammy award-winning engineer Tim Latham, ISP.
The new album will be a bold return to the trio’s gritty sound infused with rock and hip-hop. ‘A Matter of Time’ will be released August 29th 2025 and will be followed by a worldwide tour.
+ Black Cat Bone
Black Cat Bone are a band that wears their influences proudly, but their ability to blend these inspirations into something vibrant and fresh sets them apart. With an enigmatic frontman, a blues-driven backbone, they are a devastatingly effective live act. - Tea Rex Reviews
Black Cat Bone have been peddling their raw, raucous, blues-infused rock ‘n’ roll for over 10 years across the UK and beyond. Fresh off the release of their electrifying album ‘Tales of the Amplified’ which was mixed and mastered by legendary Oasis producer Owen Morris and released by Assai Records, BCB is ready to noise up towns and cities in Scotland this Spring supporting FLC.
When you see Black Cat Bone live, you’ll feel the primal force of their music: thunderous guitar riffs, pounding drums, prowling, fuzzy basslines, and a haunting voice that carries the ecstasy and agony of a lifetime.
Having toured with the iconic Alabama 3 and appeared on national TV and radio, including being featured on Vic Galloways BBC Radio Scotland show, Black Cat Bone are fast becoming a beacon for those who crave raw, real unfiltered rock ‘n’ roll. They’re re not just a band; they’re a brotherhood, a force of nature, and their music is untamed, soaked in soul, sweat, and unapologetic swagger.
