Fun Food Friday: Cheese Making Class

Ever wondered how cheese is made? It’s easier than you think! In this class, we’ll take you step by step through making fresh mozzarella in only 30 minutes. You’ll learn the science of how milk turns into cheese and practice the stretching and shaping yourself. Mozzarella is a crowd favorite, and you’ll see just how fun (and tasty!) it is to make your own from scratch. $5 registration fee for supplies.
