Tonight, area Troops and Pack Webelos/AOL members are encouraged to come participate in a Fun outdoor event in the Park. Scouts in attendance will play some fun games together and enjoy spending time together with other units members.
Another plan for this is to get area Cubs (Webelos/AOL) Scouts to meet and have some fun with our Area Troops Scouts and their leadership. That way they can also get to know the units their Webelos/AOLs could move into to continue with their Scouting adventures.
Area Troops should plan to have members (Both Scout and Adult) from their units in attendance. Troops should also have information about their unit to share with interested Packs Webelos/AOL's families.
For Troop Participation in this event Units MUST have unit leadership in attendance with the Scouts from the units.
For Packs, participants should plan to have Parents of Webelos/AOL Scouts in attendance with your Scouts.
