Sanitizing wipes will be available to clean & sterilize your headphones.

TICKET OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

Ticker owners shall assume the following responsibilities in the event that they are unable to attend the event…

• Finding someone to resell the tickets to. You must share & communicate all details to the new ticket owner.

EXCHANGING & TRANSFERRING TICKET POLICY & FEES

• Exchanging or transferring tickets to a new date or new time slot must be requested at least 7 days before the event.
• Exchanging or transferring tickets to a new date or time slot will incur an exchange/transfer fee. The ticket transfer fee varies by event specific variables such as the nature of the event, event location, event date & event vendors.
• Transferring Tickets to a new date or time slot can incur a Price Differentiation fee. This happens when a ticket owner requests a new date or time slot that has a higher price.
• In the event that you purchase a ticket to a specific event but would like to transfer to a different event, there may also be a ticket and/or price differentiation fee if approved.
