Fun guaranteed! We’ll follow their dancing lead!

1.5hrs of fun music & dance plus light refreshments also a chance to have a chat to others attending too.
The First Time for Everything project is aimed at over 55’s, to come along, get active and meet new people / try something new, get out into the community etc but any adult is welcome, regardless of age, if this would benefit your wellbeing.
Places must be pre-booked so as we know how many people to cater for on the evening.

Should you not be able to attend once booked please ensure you let me know so if someone is on a waiting list they then have the chance to attend last minute.
