In hand or ridden polework is suitable for horses all shapes, sizes and disciplines adding variety physically and mentally to both horse and rider.
It’s a great way to influence movement, posture and performance. Developing full range of joint movement for the longevity of your horse.
Polework encourages - the horse to lift the legs, think about the placement of the feet, lower the head and lift and round the back.
It improves flexibility, core stability, muscle strength, hoof eye co-ordination and balance.
