✨✨✨ Fully Booked ✨✨✨Gong Meditation induces a spontaneous meditative state. You have a chance to immerse yourself in sacred and healing sound and vibrations of Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls and other instruments.
We will be working with the energies of the The Wheel of the Year, this time with the energy of the Winter Solstice, celebrating and welcoming the return of the Light..
To enhance the experience of gong vibrations and meditation, we will be also working the energies of Chocolate made from raw Cacao. Before the meditation we will be indulging ourselves in a pure, raw chocolate which opens our hearts.
Please make sure to bring with you a yoga mat or similar, blanket, cushion, bottle of water and optionally an eye pillow. Please honour everybody else’s space and keep a physical distance.
