Join us for a Refresh and Renew Yoga Retreat Day on Sunday, February 16th at Burton Constable Hall from 10am to 4pm. This day is ideal for ladies who are looking for a New Year pick me up. The theme of the day is feeling Refreshed and Renewed after the festivities, ready to move into the year invigorated and inspired. The day will include a slow flow yoga practice to release stagnation and drain the lymphatic system, followed by a brisk woodland and lakeside walk. After lunch, we will settle into a gorgeous Gentle Yin Yoga Practise to release blockages held deep within the bodies connective tissues, ending with a deep relaxation.
