This transformative one-day retreat is experiential-learning-based and offers a beautiful and integrative blend of different practices. Ranging from mindful movement yin yoga and yoga nidra to guided-meditations and visualisations breathing exercises (incl. Wim Hof breathing) journaling and so much more.
The focus points towards sustainable happiness based on findings in neuroscience positive psychology and mindfulness. On top of that the exercises emanate from fundamental pillars such as common humanity connection with the self and connection with others.
Meraki Retreats invites you to dive into- and ultimately understand your inner-world so that you can lead an optimized life aligned with the outer-world. Within this intersection is where we can experience satisfaction in our life regardless of ‘good’ or ‘bad’ outer circumstances.
