Are you in need of a rest? Especially after the chaos on the Festive season then come join me for an afternoon of deep rest and nourishment for your mind, body and soul as we dive into the fullness of Winter and allow her to hold us and teach us the gentle yet powerful art of pause and stillness.

❄️ Afternoon Gong Bath as a sound healing journey with an opportunity to immerse yourself in the sacred vibrational medicine that sound offers.
❄️ Gentle emergence into Mindful Tea, cake and closing Circle
