This program is now FULL. Check our Friday Forest School if you are intrested!Join our Blossoming at The Farm community for a 10 month long Wild + Free Forest School experience. Together, our staff and land will engage in child honoring, place-based, emergent learning with a group of multi-aged participants. This program will be held in ‘Forest Camp’; nestled in the Southern corner of Mary’s Farm and Sanctuary, adjacent to the Goldstream Estuary and old growth forests. The opportunities for collaborative exploration, nature art, handicrafts, scientific discoveries, outdoor cooking, and play are abundant. We believe in sustained time for wild and free play, loose parts, storytelling, and deep connection.
This is a fully outdoor based program. A list of needed clothes will be included in your registration package.
Appropriate for ages 7-12
Price is $125 + GST for one day a week
From September to June (with a two week break for Winter and Spring), the group will spend Wednesday’s from 10am-3pm immersed in the beauty of Mary’s Farm and Sanctuary.
