As the Moon reaches perigee and shines brighter and “larger” than usual, we harness the heightened lunar energy — inviting you to shed what no longer serves, settle into embodied presence, and bathe in vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle resonance. This celestial sound journey supports emotional release, energetic cleansing, and intuitive opening — perfect for closing out the year with softness, grace, and soulful transformation.
Bring a notebook and pen to write and reflect on what you are releasing and to acknowledge how far you've come and where you are now.
This class is offered in a warm, comfortable room with an extra cushy yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and blocks provided for your support. Once settled, I gently walk you into a state of calm with guided words and healing quartz crystal singing bowl vibrations that allow you to drift into bliss.
Bring a water bottle and any additional supportive props you like. We delight in wearing cozy socks and eye masks. Noise reducing earplugs help soothe sensitive ears.
