Natalie Forbush will join us once again to orchestrate a rejuvenating sound bath meditation. As always, we will connect as a beloved community to be witnessed and supported.

Bring your water and a pillow and blanket. Wear something cozy.
Advance Registration Required: Venmo @emcapito or Zelle [email protected]. Include an email if it’s your first time. Our sound baths often sell out – register early!
Tickets are final sale, although you are welcome to gift or sell your ticket if you have a conflict that arises. If the event is cancelled for any reason, you will be fully refunded.
