Full Moon π Gong Sound Bath w/ Scot McClellan (In Person) Octoberβs Full Moon, known as the Harvest Moon (also called the Hunterβs Moon), arrives when we finish gathering what weβve grown and let go of what is no longer needed as we move toward winter. This is the moon that gives us time for celebration, reflection, and preparation for the darker half of the year. This Harvest moon is also a Supermoon. This amplifies its energy, increasing your ability to move forward with your intentions. The themes of the Harvest Moon include gratitude and abundance, release and letting go, transformation and renewal, and a connection to nature. Allow the resonant sounds of the gong and the calming sounds of other instruments to guide you to a state of relaxation and healing.
The vibrations of the gongs work deep in the body to help release tension and emotional blockages to produce a sense of harmony. As the sounds wash over you, they will encourage the mind and body to let go, allowing physical and emotional renewal.
Allow the gongs to carry you out into the Universe. The gongs will offer an expansive experience, engulfing one in sound that can help promote health and balance. A native Inuit drum, crystal bowls, chimes, and Tingsha cymbals will bring grounding.
