Full Moon: Yoga & Sound – Time for Reflection & Renewal 🌕

Full Moon Floating sound bath — 4pm-530pm *separate event, but if you want to come to both you can stay in between classes✨
Join us for a magical time infusing the energy of the full moon. This special class is a gentle yin, soul-soothing experience designed to help you release, realign, and recharge.
We’ll begin with a soft, intuitive yoga practice to ground the body and open the heart, followed by a guided meditation to connect with the energy of the moon and your own inner wisdom. You'll then be invited to fully relax during a mini sound bath, letting vibrations wash over you to clear and balance.
Optional -- We’ll draw full moon inspiration cards and hold space for quiet reflection, intention setting, and connection. This is your time to slow down, breathe deep, and honor the natural rhythms within and around you.
No experience needed — just come as you are, open to receiving the moon’s light and magic.
