A ZENwalk is an excellent way to clear your mind of clutter and restore your sense of focus. It's not a hike, rather a saunter. We have no particular destination other than stilling the mind via a decelerated nature immersion.
Join me for a magical full moon walk, perfectly timed to begin just before sunset. As daylight fades, we'll witness the sky's colors deepen and quieten, culminating in the rise of the full moon. Under the darkening sky, we'll invite our more subtle senses to come alive, guiding us on this unique exploration.
Based on the Japanese art of Forest Bathing, you will be guided to awaken all of your senses — sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch — to bring awareness to your body and your surroundings.
A ZENwalk is a form of meditation that first focuses on the sensations of the body and then takes the mind on a nature-based journey. We finish with a candlelight tea ceremony honoring the land, each other and ourselves. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and restored with a deep sense of belonging.

Dagmar Bohlmann is the founder of Blissed by Nature. She combines her love for yoga and the natural world by offering mindful outdoor experiences. She is a master yoga teacher and a Kripalu-certified Mindful Outdoor Guide. Her inquisitive mind led her to learn more in the Maryland Master Naturalist program at Goucher College. She find solace and a sense of daily renewal in her Baltimore County backyard where she together with her husband raised two young adult humans, chickens, adopted two cats and a dog.
