The Full Moon is a time to consider abundance and express gratitude each month. It is also a time to infuse water and crystals with healing & protective energy. In Full Moon Yoga, we will do both. We begin the practice by exploring a theme that aligns intention with the moon energy, astrological sign rising, and the month's crystal infusion. Then we will ease into a series of accessible, yet warming poses, rise with the moon in a series of Moon Salutations (Chandra namaskar), and end the practice with a set of Yin & Restorative poses complete with Reiki energetic healing. For this class, you may wish to bring a journal or any crystals or stones that are meaningful to you. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Hunter's Moon - Oct 18
The October Full Moon is an exciting one indeed. As the days get shorter and the nights get cooler, the Hunter's Moon provides light to shine your way through the darkness. Aptly named by indigenous groups to guide hunting trips prior to the cold of Winter, this year's Hunter's Moon provides you space on your path to shine bright. We will work together to shine light to our fears, face them head-on, and fiercely emerge in our own light. We'll add a little heat with moon salutations (chandra namaskar) and then get cozy basking in our light in a series of restorative poses.
Beaver Moon - Nov 15
The November full moon was named the Beaver Moon by Native American Algonquin tribes and others to recognize the energy of preparation for winter. Come together to honor this important time, as we shed burdens and negative energy to make space for gratitude and abundance in our lives. This practice includes coming together in community, a gentle moon salutation yoga flow practice, followed by restorative poses with optional hands-on Reiki healing assists.
