About this Event
Join us for this special Full Moon Yoga @ The Museum Of Modern Renaissance! The "Wolf" moon was named this because wolves are usually more active in the winter months and tend to howl more frequently. Howling and other wolf vocalizations are heard in the wintertime to locate pack members, reinforce social bonds, define territory, and coordinate hunting. When is it not a good time to asess relationchips check boundries, progress and manifest a plan to move forward? The Wolf Moon is both a drawing in and a letting go. To channel the spiritual energy of the wolf moon, stay focused on gratitude, and share warmth and kindness with others during the winter months. From this place of contemplation, consider where you’d like to put your attention and energy. Let's connect with nature, rejuvenate your body and mind, and soak in the serene atmosphere of this unique venue.
