Join us for this special Full Moon Yoga @ The Museum Of Modern Renaissance! The "Cold" moon was named The Cold moon is the closest moon to the Winter Solstice. The moon has also been called the long night moon due to it rising on one of the longest nights of the year. The Cold Moon is both a drawing in and a letting go. To channel the spiritual energy of the cold moon, stay focused on gratitude, and share warmth and kindness with others during the winter months. From this place of contemplation, consider where you’d like to put your attention and energy as we move into the Winter Solstice. Let's connect with nature, rejuvenate your body and mind, and soak in the serene atmosphere of this unique venue. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and find inner peace. Lets move in community and set some intentions for the fall season!
This class will run 75 minutes combining a 60 minute flow and also 15 minute yoga nidra meditation. Open and accessible to all levels of yogi practitioner!Please arrive 10-15 mins early to not hold up the class please. Phones are discouraged during the actual yoga class.
