Our June Full Moon Yoga class honors the June Full Moon, which is commonly called, "Strawberry Moon." This is a 70-minute yoga class that is appropriate for most levels. We ask that you honor your body since the sand can add an extra challenge. Leave your yoga mats at home and bring a large towel or sheet instead. Yoga mats get ruined by the sand.

Class will include warmup, flow and time to meditate on the beauty of the Full Moon (weather permitting). Please note: The Full Moon will rise at 7:02 p.m. and if the clouds cooperate, we will be able to see it. If not, we can still have a glorious time on the beach.
Park East has over 100 parking spots as well as restrooms. It has been confirmed with Santa Rosa Island Authority that restrooms will close at sunset (7:53 p.m. ish on that day), so plan accordingly. Once you register, you'll received detailed instructions for class/directions/parking, etc.
