Join us for a one of a kind event that combines Yoga, Nature, Music and Connection. Full Moon Yoga is a slow and intentional flow set to healing music.

Using the unique power of the moon, you can let go of anything no longer serving you...negative patterns or habits, ways of being, relationships, you name it! You'll be guided to replace that new space with gratitude and a new way of being in our mind, body, and spirit.

Class will include warmup, flow and time to meditate on the beauty of the Full Moon (weather permitting). Please note: If the clouds cooperate, we will be able to see the moon. If not, we can still have a glorious time on the beach and know the moon is above us.
August event takes place on Monday, October 6th at 6:00 p.m. at Pensacola Beach Park East.
Park East has over 100 parking spots as well as restrooms. It has been confirmed with Santa Rosa Island Authority that restrooms will close at sunset (often earlier), so plan accordingly.

We also take cash or venmo at the beach. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to check-in and allow yourself time to get settled.
Note: In case of inclement weather or other acts of nature such as flies or high winds, we will reschedule an online class to honor the moon. If you are pre-registered you'll be sent an email in case of any changes. Please check the event page on Facebook to check for any unforeseen schedule changes as well. Thank you for understanding.
