This collaborative experience combines Yoga Nidra led by Sara with a restorative sound immersion by Pierce—a powerful pairing to support emotional release, inner clarity, and spiritual reset.
The practice begins with Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep”—a guided meditation that invites the body into profound stillness while the mind gently drifts through the layers of consciousness.
You’ll be immersed in the healing tones of Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments, carefully selected by Pierce to harmonize your energy and deepen relaxation throughout class.
The full moon is a time for illumination, release, and transformation. Let this practice help you soften into awareness, clear emotional buildup, and reconnect with your inner light.
