About this Event
Come join for a FULL MOON flow that will help you connect deeper with your body and practice. The class will be guided by Analisia White (Yoga By Analisia), a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with experience in several styles ranging from Vinyasa to Yin. This will be a SLOW FLOW class and modifications will always be offered.
We will begin with a meditation, a self-reflection period through journaling, followed by a slow flow, finishing out with a sound healing session in savasana.
Crystal sound bowls will be used to help create a safe space to feel the sound in and around the body.
W ARNING: Sometimes sound bowls can be triggering or cause intense emotion - if sound healing is not something that you enjoy, it is okay to leave early or step out.
All levels welcome!

JOURNALS PROVIDED FOR SELF REFLECTION.
Please bring a yoga mat, however yoga mats will be available if needed.
