The "Hunter" moon was named The Hunter moon and is always after the Harvest Moon. This moon reminds us to hunt snd fatten up to store for the winter season. It also represents the continuation of time as we expect the Winter Season to arrive. On this Hunter's Moon, take some time out to see where you are in your life. Think about the state of your work projects and relationships. From this place of contemplation, consider where you’d like to put your attention and energy as we move past the fall equinox. Let's connect with nature, rejuvenate your body and mind, and soak in the serene atmosphere of this unique venue. !
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and find inner peace. Lets move in community and set some intentions for the spring season!This class will run 75 minutes combining a 60 minute flow and also 15 minute soundscape in savasana (crystal bowls and other percussion instruments to raise vibration) .
Open and accessible to all levels of yogi practitioner! Please arrive 10-15 mins early to not hold up the class please. Phones are strongly discouraged (emergencies only )during the actual yoga class. Tix are available through Eventbrite below or to buy direct DM @buddoglowboston and Venmo .
*******This will be like some of our full moon classes in the past, except it will be costume optional. Expect some intention setting and an overall laid-back fun yoga class. This class will have a fun haloween playlist mixed in as well and is all levels all bodies. Grab your favorite gouhls, and guys, let's flow and have some fun Museum of Modern renaisance!
