As winter loosens its grip, the Worm Moon invites renewal, patience, and trust in what is beginning to stir—both in nature and within ourselves.
This outdoor practice will be slow, grounding, and intentional, blending gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you shed heaviness and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. We’ll honor the transition from rest to renewal, creating space for clarity, intention, and embodied presence under the glow of the moon.
