What to Expect:

• Yoga Session: A gentle, moon-inspired flow to help you ground, stretch, and align with the natural rhythms of the lunar cycle.
• Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments, creating a meditative and restorative atmosphere.

What to Bring:

• Your personal yoga mat (optional): we have yoga mats available at the studio but if you prefer your own mat, please bring it.
• Comfortable clothing
• A blanket or shawl for warmth during the sound bath (optional)
• Water bottle
