Held outdoors under the moon, weather permitting.This event will move into our beautiful studio if weather is inclement.Join us under the light of the Full Moon in Pisces for an immersive evening of yoga, sound, and shared presence.
This full moon invites us to honor the abundance and culmination of our efforts, while gently guiding us inward toward gratitude, spiritual reflection, and a return to what is essential.
On the open earth, accompanied by special guest Sarah Paz Hyde, with the ethereal sounds of live Handpan, Ngoni, elemental percussion and her beautiful voice, we’ll move through a slow, intentional yoga practice, appropriate for all levels. Each shape becomes a space to deepen the breath, feel the vibration of sound, and meet our internal mirrors with softness and curiosity.
