Join Stephanie of Raven Wisdom Arts as we manifest with the full moon through sacred movement. Each month we will follow the astrological themes for the full moon, set intentions and help raise energy to manifest our goals through Lunar Salutation Yoga. Stephanie will also guide attendees through lunar themed meditations, restorative yoga, and sound energy healing with Reiki. Every month will also feature new healers and readers who will add their own specialties to the circle. From south baths, drum healing, personalized readings, vision boards and other crafts, each month will have something unique to offer. We invite you to celebrate the full moon with us in sacred space open to all folk from all paths and walks of life. Attendees will need to bring their own yoga mat and any other equipment they would like to support their practice. Blankets and a yoga bolster (or pillow) are recommended but not required. A notebook or journal is also encouraged to bring as well. Class cost is $35Stephanie Ingersoll is a full time reader and healer serving her community at Crescent Moon Gift since 2018. Her office is located inside CMG where she offers readings, energy healing, and mentorship services both for appointments and walk-ins.
