Join Zamanta @ZaYogaLife for a Full Moon Yoga Class at Deering Estate. Zamanta has been teaching at the Deering Estate for years because she believes it's one of Miami's hidden treasures. Her Hatha Yoga Flow has something for everyone and is taught with love and devotion.
Recommended for beginning and intermediate participants, ages 16 and older.
