Join me as we harness the energy of the full moon in Aries
Grounding and releasing through Yin yoga practice while gently transmuting any feelings of worry and anxiety and generating a flow of chi throughout the meridians. Intertwining our Yin flow with sound and oils followed by a meditation to connect to the energy of the Pisces full moon finishing with a deeply relaxing sound bath.
Letting go of what no longer serves us under the potent energy of the Full moon through a gentle yin yoga practice, meditation, sound bath and finishing with journaling prompts to help process and release anything that comes up for you.
Yin yoga is a soft, yielding and nourishing practice which invites us to slow down, observe and listen to our bodies in a relaxing and nurturing space. This class is suitable for all levels of practice. Come in comfortable, warm unrestrictive clothes, with an open heart and mind, ready to surrender to yourself.

*We will begin at 6pm sharp, please arrive 5-10 mins early to settle in and please let me know in advance if you are unable to make it.
