Full Moon Yin & Sound Shower is aimed to soothe the central nervous system along with releasing emotional baggage in order to manifest new positive opportunities.The Himalayan bowls and other sacred instruments can balance the parasympathetic nervous system, tune up the glandular system and slow down the brainwaves, creating sound conditions for deep relaxation and healing.
We will begin with breathing and meditation, an affirmation (sankalpa) will be acknowledged before the led practice of Yin, which will be accompanied by the sounds of bowls, nature and other healing instruments; inviting the seeds of your intentions to grow and manifest. You will then lay down and be soothed with sounds in a deep relaxation.
Yin yoga is known to improve energy flow, still the mind and gently stretches & targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.
