Join me for the July Full Moon in Capricorn for a deeply relaxing Yin + Sound class with a focus on the Earth element, grounding the mind and body into the present moment whilst gently transmuting any feelings of worry and anxiety and generating a flow of chi throughout the meridians.
Letting go of what no longer serves us under the potent energy of the Full moon through a gentle yin yoga practice, meditation, sound bath and finishing with journaling prompts to help process and release anything that comes up for you.
Yin yoga is a soft, yielding and nourishing practice which invites us to slow down, observe and listen to our bodies in a relaxing and nurturing space. This class is suitable for all levels of practice.
Come in comfortable, unrestrictive clothes, with an open heart and mind, ready to surrender to yourself.
