What to Expect:
Yin Yoga: Slow, deeply grounding postures held for several minutes to target the fascia and connective tissue—where tension and trauma often hide. Increase circulation, release deep-seated stress, and gently unlock stagnant energy.
Yoga Nidra (“Yogic Sleep”): A guided meditation practiced lying down, inviting profound rest, nervous system reset, and subtle transformation.
Sound Healing: Drift into deep relaxation with the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, gongs, and other sacred instruments.
