About this Event
2024 was a year full of challenges and moments of growth — and it’s time to honour that. Using the energy of the first full moon of 2025, in this one-hour writing workshop, we’ll begin the new year turning our focus inward -- reviewing, releasing and closing out old energy.
Moving through guided visualizations and writing prompts we’ll reflect on how we want to move forward and what we are leaving behind as we begin this new year.
Start 2025 with capacity and in the present moment, showing gratitude and thanks for the lessons we moved through as we begin anew.
Included in the workshop:
- Guided meditation & visualization
- Release rituals (goodbye letters)
- Prompted journaling
- Creating personalized affirmations/mantras
- Closing gratitude
*All writing materials & tools needed for the workshop will be provided.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any other items for comfort.
*Participants will have the option to a table and chair
