The full moon casts light upon the things that are hindering our growth, achievements, peace of mind and quality of life. Once we become aware of these blockages, we can release them in order to clear the pathway for our intentions, allowing the next highest version of ourselves & the next highest vision of our lives to unfold.
There will be pillows, sheets, and blankets available for your comfort during the outdoor sound bath while you bask in the moonlight on 18" tall air mattresses. Feel free to bring your own favorite blanket and socks to help keep yourself warm.
Please bring your own yoga mat and props, if possible, for the indoor yin yoga practice. I have everything available as well.... mats, bolsters, straps, blankets, sandbags and blocks.? Everything is washed and sanitized between uses.
Cost for this 3 hour event is $40 per person. ?

Due to the investment of setup time, procurement of supplies/refreshments, and the possibility of turning people away from a sold out class, refunds/credits are not available for last minute cancellations. However, if you provide a minimum 24 hour notice, cancellations will allow a credit that can be applied towards a future weekly class, event, a private session, or a workshop. ?
If you feel physically unwell in any way, please stay home to take care of yourself. We have had no COVID scares from clients' attendance and are hopeful to keep it that way.?
