🍂A Ritual of Release.🍂The dark of the year calls us to let go of that which does not aid us... Whatever you wish to have gone from your life- Any Toxic ties, old beliefs, limiting thoughts and negative situations will all go into the Cauldron and we will release, transmute and heal together. Using Dr Gabor’s Method Of Psychotherapy called Compassionate Inquiry that I hold a certificate in, we will process or let go of old traumas in this circle too 🔥
We will gather with a smoke bath of herbs for cleansing and clearing, enjoy a welcoming ceremony and create a safe space for us all.
Specific herbs will be used and made into teas for this intention. The evening will end with chocolate Savasana and our Creative Visualization Meditation.
Space is limited, and reserved for Women that have attended circles before. New friends must be referred and approved to join, thank you.

Please wear your bathing suit or sauna attire under your clothes, bring a towel, water bottle and hydrate well that day.

There is the Mermaid Cottage beside the sauna to change in or leave your things in, showers in house are available after if you need, and garden chairs and private area to relax in as well 🌼
