Join us under the luminous Full Moon at Casa Encinitas for a night of sacred sisterhood, movement, and deep energetic release. This is a safe and nurturing space where you can honor your emotions, align with the moon’s powerful energy, and reconnect with your divine feminine essence.
What to Expect:
- Gentle Flow Yoga – Start the evening with a soft, grounding yoga session to open the body and center the mind.
- Sacred Women’s Circle – Led by Luisa & Kelowna, we’ll share, meditate, and journal to release what no longer serves us.
- Groove Dance & Movement Workshop – Free your body and awaken your joy with an intuitive dance session designed to liberate stagnant energy.
- Cacao Ceremony – Open your heart and connect deeply with yourself and the collective energy of the group.
- Moon Rituals & Journaling – Align with the Full Moon’s potent energy through reflection, intention-setting, and ritual practices.
- A Safe Space for Connection & Healing – Come as you are and be supported by a circle of women walking this path alongside you.
