About this Event

FULL MOON Women's Only Somatic Breathwork + Integration Circle

Come heal with us during a special morning under the full moon where we will gather as women to explore the power of somatic breathwork and sound healing. This event is a safe space for women to connect, breathe, and release any tension or stress held in the body. Through guided breathwork exercises and immersive sound healing, we will tap into our inner wisdom and allow for deep healing and transformation. The full moon energy will amplify our intentions and help us align with our true selves. Let's come together to support each other on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment. No prior experience with breathwork is necessary, just an open heart and willingness to explore your breath and your body. We look forward to sharing this transformative experience with you!

What is somatic breathwork?

Somatic breathwork is a deeply transformative, body-centered practice that uses conscious, connected breathing techniques to release stored emotional tension and trauma, reset your nervous system, and help you reconnect with your body. Through guided breath patterns, this practice taps into the subconscious, enabling you to process and let go of what’s no longer serving you—whether that’s stress, anxiety, or unresolved emotions.

During a breathwork session, you might experience a cathartic release—this could look like tears, laughter, or physical sensations like warmth, tingling, or even an emotional breakthrough. This is all part of the process. It’s okay if you don’t have a release, too. Some people may experience a deep sense of calm or clarity without emotional expression, and that’s perfectly normal. Each person’s experience is unique and valid. The goal is to allow whatever comes up to unfold in its own time, without judgment, trusting that this journey is yours to navigate.

What to Expect During the Session:

Guided Breathwork: I will guide you through a series of specific breathing techniques to help you access your body’s natural healing capacity. This is where the deep emotional and physical releases often occur. The breathwork will also help you enter a relaxed, meditative state where you can feel more present and aligned with your authentic self.

Sound Healing: Following the breathwork, we’ll transition into sound healing with instruments like crystal singing bowls and other tools designed to harmonize your energy, soothe your nervous system, and ground your experience. The sound will enhance the emotional shifts and support your body in processing any residual tension or energy.

How You Can Prepare:

Avoid Heavy Meals: It’s best to avoid eating a large meal at least 2 hours before the session. This will help ensure you feel physically comfortable and unburdened during the breathwork.

Hydrate: Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after the session to support your body in the process.

Create a Cozy Space: Bring a blanket, pillow, or any items that help you feel physically supported and comfortable.

What’s Important to Remember: This is your healing journey, and it’s important to approach it with compassion and curiosity. Breathwork is a tool for deep emotional release, but it’s not a "one-size-fits-all" experience. Some may experience profound releases, while others might simply feel a deep sense of relaxation, clarity, or insight. Everything is okay. There’s no right or wrong way to experience breathwork—just trust in the process and in yourself.
