For anyone who knows me my favourite thing to do is 🌅 barefoot on the sand nature connected to Mother Earth and nature. Many times found myself barefoot on the beach, wrapped in the golden hush of a setting sun. The sky turned fire and rose, the waves moved in rhythm, and the world… slowed.
As the sun kissed the horizon, the sounds of crystal bowls and chimes began to rise. 🌬️🔔 Each note moved like water—soft, deep, cleansing. The ocean held space. The frequencies filled it.
Sound healing by the sea is something else entirely.
🌀 The breeze carries away old thoughts.
🧘 The tones move through your chest, your spine, your breath.
🌅 The sunset reminds you: endings can be gentle. And beautiful.
In that moment, I wasn’t thinking. I wasn’t fixing. I wasn’t doing.
I was just being—tuned into the rhythm of nature and the resonance of healing.

It’s our reminder that endings can be calm.
That beauty is everywhere—if I just take the time to look up.
