We know the magnetic pull of the moon affects the tidal flow of the oceans as it does our bodies, we are an average of 70% water, therefore the effects of a Sound and Vibration Therapy Session at the time of a full moon may lead to an even higher experience than usual.Places are limited for this full moon Sound Journey session where we will incorporate gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and many other instruments used in ancient cultures.

After the session we will have some tea and light refreshments.

This event is not recommended for pregnant women in the first trimester, after the first trimester there are no known risk however best to check with your health care provider.

For your comfort and safety please bring:
- something to lay down or sit on such as: yoga mat, camping mattress, bean bag, camping chair
- bottle of water,
- 2 blankets (we highly recommend 2 blankets, one to put on top of your mat and lay down on for extra cushioning and the 2nd one to cosy up with and to keep warm)
- pillows (do rest your head)
Optional:
- bolster for lower back / knee support
- eye mask or light fabric to cover your eyes
- crystals (the sound vibrations will recharge them)
