The full moon is a powerful time to meditate. During the full moon, when the moon and sun align in opposition, the flow of energy is intensified within and around us. Integrating sound healing with deep meditation is believed to amplify this energy to promote healing and emotional release. Join Glenda Masters as she brings you into the holiday season fully grounded and aligned in this immersive journey of sonic vibrations designed to relax and rejuvenate.

The session begins with setting your intention followed by gentle breathing exercises and guided meditation to prepare you for a tranquil journey ahead. As you lie comfortably, surrender to the waves of sound that wash over you as Glenda intuitively weaves a harmonious tapestry using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other sound healing instruments. Vibrations resonate with different energy centers and meridians of the body, penetrating deeply to release energetic and emotional blockages and calm the nervous system. Participants emerge from deep relaxation feeling rejuvenation and a renewed sense of profound peace.

What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing.

Meet Your Instructor Glenda:
Glenda is 200-hr yoga instructor, certified sound healer and Reiki Level 2 attuned. She has a passion for the healing arts and is dedicated to helping others create a deeper connection to themselves and the world around us through music. She understands the healing power of arts and will often integrate sound healing into her yoga practice.
