We will start with our intention circle, have a cacao ceremony and then move into the sound healing.
The cacao used is ceremonial grade and is a "rest" blend with some added herbs to make it so, making it perfect before a sound healing session.

Please bring a mat or chair, pillow, mozzie repellant, eye mask, wear a long sleeve top or bring a light blanket, your own cup/mug for the cacao, water to drink before and after and an open heart and mind. Please be well hydrated throughout the day.
