About this Event
Join us under the Full Moon energy for a 90-minute Sound Healing journey to experience the amazing healing frequencies of our Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, rainsticks and gongs. Immerse yourself in the beautiful sound and vibrations as we facilitate your travel into a deep state of relaxation, calmness and bliss.
This event will be hosted from 7 - 8:30 p.m. at Margaret Whitlam Recreation Centre (ground floor), Waverley Park, Bondi Road, Bondi.
We will start the session with powerful pranayama breathing exercises, followed by a heart-opening exercise and a 10-minute guided meditation to completely relax your body. You will then submerge into a beautiful sound bath created by over 40 crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, rainsticks and two large gongs. We will also move around the room playing the sacred instruments close to your body to increase the amazing healing effects.
After a short grounding exercise to close the session, you will feel calm, relaxed, rejuvenated and blissed-out.
Sound Healing is great for anyone who:
- leads a very busy life and is looking to reach a deep state of relaxation
- is suffering from stress or anxiety and needs to calm the nervous system
- has poor sleeping patterns, suffers from chronic fatigue or insomnia
- wants to meditate, but finds it difficult to get into a meditative state on their own
Please bring: (please note, there will be no mats, pillows or blankets provided)
- yoga mat (or blanket to lie on)
- blanket to stay comfy and warm!
- anything else to be comfortable, e.g. pillow and/or bolster
- eye pillow/mask
