Held in the beautiful Harmony Hall (Behind Cafe Mojo Mundaring) in Perth Hills, relax amongst the trees as you are guided on your journey of self-discovery. Starting with a guided meditation, Shamanic Drumming and Sound healing session.

No prior meditation or sound experience required 😊
The session will run from 4.30pm to 6.00pm with a guided meditation, pranayama and the sound bath to wash over you, while you relax and destress.
The vibrational pull of the instruments will relax your body and mind, as brain frequencies are lowered to a theta healing state.
